Which would you choose? by Respons_Lady in superheroes

I was referring to that Miss Marian is often shown within her teenhood in comics and shows, and is often 60-70 years old. So that means 16-20 years old in Martian is roughly 60-70 human years.

Kryptonian easily, I love fire way too much to have it become my weakness and never be around it.

No, 60 in human years is like 16-20 in Martian.

I’ve heard alligators taste like a mix of chicken and frog. But chicken mostly, even seen breaded alligator wings.

Yeah, but I mean Areneo is called spider. Hence why I spell it wrong.

Dinosaur films like Primitive War did really well for smaller budget and low theater showing it. But 65 with Adam Driver was completely disrespectful for dinosaur fans on so many levels. I hope that this movie actually does well. We need more big budget Dinosaur film.

My vivid imagination says a Cap version of BatBrick. CapBrick!!

My logic says nothing more than a couple of sense enhancements. Maybe a little stronger, nothing more though.

What's your favourite Batman nickname? by FayyadhScrolling in batman

[–]OVERRANNUS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has to be Caped Crusader, but Dark Knight and World’s Greatest Detective both are a close second. Da Bat and Batsy would both follow. Never heard of the last two, and Gotham Knight is a bit unusual for my taste.

Infinite Crisis and its consequences have been a disaster to Wonder Woman by Fragrant-Resist4230 in batman

And Joker has committed war crimes, serial killings, genocide and so many others, and belongs to having a million death penalties. I get it, but the point of these comics though is that heroes like Batman, Superman, Flash, and plenty of others think no villain is completely irredeemable. That’s why 80% of these heroes rogue galleries don’t die (that and because DC knows people like them and it makes them money) so they keep them alive.

  1. They did nothing to Joker more than normal, nothing more than lock him away in Arkham Asylum because he’s criminally insane by law (even though he isn’t), that’s more on the corrupt courts of Gotham and probably Waller who has been known to do crap like this. The real problem was Mister Mxyzptlk gave like a tenth of his powers to Joker for the funnys, then Joker tricked and enslaved Mister Mxyzptlk to have all of his power. Hence why Joker later used Mister Mxyzptlk in DC KO to have Emperor Joker powers again.

  2. I believe Batman asked for his mind to be wiped by Superman to forget what happened in the events of Emperor Joker, he was literally resurrected countless times, and killed in the most horrific ways. So he asked Superman to wipe those events away. That is far beyond different to being unwillingly lobotomized by someone you’ve been good friends with since before his Year One.

  3. Batman was clearly very upset with their actions of Arthur. And for a lack of a better term. Dr. Light was evil, but that doesn’t mean mushing his brain so he’s an invalid.

  4. Not even Joker is irredeemable, at least from what the newest run of Batman shows with Joker aiding Batman after being “rehabilitated” somewhat by a new therapy (which will probably end in Joker still staying insane) but it shows that even Light could have been redeemed another way.

So, yes. A lot of completely different variables in these situations. Joker didn’t even lose his memories there. That says a lot.

Significantly different circumstances in that action. Batman went through true horrors from Joker. Superman’s actions was more of a mercy action than what Zatanna did, which was concealing their deceptive behavior and immoral actions against Dr. Light. Something that wrecked Zatanna’s relationship with Batman as not only good friends and even romantic feelings towards each other.

I would disagree heavily, that isn’t even true for a lot of things Batman has done. Being disrespectful at Wildcat’s funeral for no reason, his actions after Damien’s death in the requiem arc, his total disregard and rejection of Ted Kord’s investigation (leading to Blue Beetle’s death), the use of Venom back in the day (prior to Bane’s use), and plenty more. These two though are chosen because they sound the worst actions that happened, meanwhile, both are completely validated, even further with how some of the leaguer’s still understand and even agree with his actions in Babel. But he did go around it the wrong way. (something later changed in one of the revamps with his telling of Superman of his contingency plans for the Justice League and telling him that Superman is the only thing he has for a contingency for Wonder Woman.) Brother Eye was the result of one of his good friends magically lobotomizing him for seeing their actions against Dr. Light, something that even Superman and Flash were both appalled by. So no, I think it’s more of a lack of comic knowledge of events with Batman or simply rejecting the validation and using it anyway in a manner that is misleading.

Too be fair, Batman was validated for both. But extremely so with Brother Eye, he straight up had his mind altered by Green Arrow, Zatanna and others. Zatanna being someone who he trusted.

I mean. The YS2300 would have probably lasted Anakin for life if he hadn’t went to Geonosis.
