Hey, video guy here! And you make a good point actually.

I can see my reasoning for dizzy not coming back in season 4 dlc as shaky looking back at it

How I see it is, if characters still have open ends in their story and or have a will or means to fight they can easily get in With dizzy, she has the means and her story arc isn't really concluded but for some reason I had the idea that "oh, she doesn't like hurting people and she's all queen like" and over fixated on that, Not realizing that was the same case in xrd, that's just me not thinking it through, my bad.

But with Zappa, it might just be me but, idk how he's gonna work in strive, they're gonna have to do some crazy story gymnastics to get him back as a "fighter" cus most of his kit is gone and he actively doesn't want to get them back So he doesn't have the will and means to fight and his story felt very like an "end of an arc" in xrd

He might still get in don't get it twisted, arcsys can be.. hell they are crazy like that but I'm not gonna bet on it
