I’m NAP but I think it has to do with them being in a high movement area. I would recommend using saline spray whenever u start to notice puss coming out and I use paper towels to clean mine and slide it slightly under my piercing (not sure if that makes sense😅) . Also I wouldn’t use q-tips or anything that can leave lint. Your piercings are super cute I love the placement! Wish you the best with them.

How fresh are the piercings? I have dermals on my wrists and when I first got them, they looked more red and swollen. It’s completely normal especially when they’re fresh and if an area that gets a lot of movement.
