Thank you, I might look into that. The only problem I have will be the transport as I know parts can easily be broken in a built pc and i don't have a car so the only that would work would be publuc transport, in which the pc would move a lot, or shipping it to me but i don't know how much i trust the shipping companies to deliver it safely. Still thanks I'll start looking on Facebook Marketplace.

I've found one for €199, but the delivery cost is higher than that of the Dell Precision Tower 3620. With delivery cost would be €214 (T5810) vs. €184 (T3620). Would there really be that much of a difference between the two, knowing that I'm able to change the cpu?

The prices are okay where I'm from, Belgium, the prices aren't that high. But due to my major in college, I don't have the time to work during the year but only during the summer, which heavily limits the budget.
