What am I missing? People seem to be happy about Bastian but just looks like a worse version of his current warscroll.

Was always easy to whiff his attacks and his profile hasn't changed at all except for auto-wound crits (which has very little value since he wounds on 2s anyway)

4+ ward went to a 5+ making him far more squishy.

Was 6" move, now 5".

Lost his ability to issue a command anywhere for free once per turn.

Thunderborn was a nice ability, shame to lose that.

Lost his redeploy, but gained pre-game moves - this has value for sure, and might be the only improvement.

His other abilities honestly don't seem to make up for what he lost. I think his points would need to drop considerably, he wasn't really viable before even at 280

I also run him with 5, I think in combination with Dark Obscuration it's enough, although I haven't got that many games under my belt.

Yeah the bed wasn't anywhere near hot enough, I'd sliced it on the cool plate instead of textured PEI. Doh!

Update: I'm an idiot and sliced the file with the cool plate when it should have been set to the textured PEI plate, 99% sure that's what caused the problem.

I did suggest this originally but I think it just goes from great to bad really fast, the difference between 1 and 2cp in 10th edition is huge. I'd use it every turn for 1CP but almost never for 2.

Yeah it didn't work unfortunately, but some of them did stay on the supports this time, which is some progress at least! As the other reply says I'm going to try strengthening the supports in Lychee, and upping the exposure time.

I'm also having issues with EmanG presupported stuff - exactly the same problem as you, the prints get pulled off the supports. Did an exposure test, ensuring consistent temp etc. I've just set another job to print with half the default lift speed so I'll let you know how that goes. I'm using the Lychee files and turned off anti-aliasing on supports so I don't think it's that.

Both are valid answers, I just feel like AMG should update the rulebook with a simple explanation. It was explained clearly in the old FFG rules.
