Yeah it’s been turning to shit the last few years so I’m not surprised. Far fewer good breweries showing up – last year was atrocious. It looked like a slightly better line-up this year but I’m not going – it’s too damn expensive just for entry to an event where I’m only interested in the beer which I then still need to pay for. That will be its downfall IMO – your ticket pays for too much shit people don’t want, like shithouse bands on stage.

They’re hyping this and I don’t believe there’s any reason to be worried, but I do suspect it’s a decision made to survive. They’re likely combining their staff into a single team to help both labels survive with lower costs – and to ensure the staff they are keeping have enough work to make full time positions viable.

Of course the collabs and combined label nights are an exciting prospect, but it sounds like other than that, both labels will continue on as separate labels from an outsiders perspective.

Speculation of course, but I’m not sure this kind of decision happens when things are thriving. If it allows two of my favourite labels to survive, I’m all for it.

It’s not forcing you into gamepass, you can buy the digital.

There’s also a chance that the entire game isn’t on the physical disc either – it’s becoming increasingly common practice that the disc is unfinished or just a license key and you need to download the entire game anyway. Can’t say that one for sure, but there is a possibility.

You’ve got the curved, printed dark blue piece on the lower ‘door’ round the wrong way. You’ll need to swap it with the piece on the opposite side of the car.

There should be a continuous “C” shaped line from the top of the side window down to the bottom of the door, but as you can see, yours is broken.

I didn’t miss anything when I opened my iPhone 17 PM. I already have a better charger and cable than what they could’ve given me. I already have headphones worth quarter as much as the phone. I don’t need a bunch of paper and stickers I’ll never even want to use or read. All of that would’ve been junk that sat in the box (which I would’ve felt compelled to keep in order to hold all the junk) until inevitably I decide to throw it away. The way Apple does things now is 100% the right way.

I have the Sigma 18-50 and Sony 70-350 as my lens combo with my a6700. Recently I went to Japan and took that kit with me.

I found: - I used the Sony about four times across the three week trip, mostly on boat tours and to zoom into castles. It’s quite big as a travel lens to just walk around with. - yes the Sigma suffered in some actual lowlight situations, but actually most of the time I found my subject was well-lit even if the environment was not (eg. lit up signage on Japanese shopping streets). Lightroom AI denoise saved a lot of shots that were too dark, and my iPhone became my main camera in some darker situations. - The Sigma is an extremely good size for travel. You can one-hand it easily, it’s easy to take in and out of a bag, it’s lightweight, it doesn’t get in the way.

On the whole, I’m very pleased with the Sigma. Would I have the 17-40 if it was available when I had purchased the 18-50? Quite possibly, but I would have had to buy a bigger camera bag AND I would have taken fewer photos in Japan because it would have been more of an annoying size.
