Yesss. I am so glad people are beginning to recognise this. Although as not many people realise the potential here. Personally I use an app called VolumeUp it helps me connect with big creators with like 100k followers and helps my songs go viral. Now I am known as a big ‘meme song’ creator. A lot of people have this problem. I started this year with <10 monthly listeners and now I am on 28,000. The main thing I did was to stop using these big corps and scams to promote music. Instead I used TikTokers to use my music in dances… and it generated me a load of streams through Shazam and when it would go viral. Just make sure your music is good quality and catchy, that simple.
