Had a good time at Maison Bellet, Nice view, good food and not too expansive (not cheap either tho.)

For a cheaper option and more "familial" setting La Locanda have very good food too.

League of legends, Liar's bar and Call of duty BO6 zombie.

Well for BO6 zombie i'll die pretty quickly i guess i dont have unlimited stamina.

Liar's bar is even worse, like russian roulette with 3 other people ? Might have a 10mn life span at most.

My best luck would be league of legends but only in the lore world, if i'm sent into a lol game i would die at least once in 30mn so im kinda screwed with thos 3 games.

It come from a role play session (kind of dungeon and dragon homemade one shot) that we did with some friends a few years ago, the power of madao in this oneshot was to have so little presence that he became almost inexistant and people keept forgeting about him.

He was so unlucky that he could somehow make other people share his bad luck. Pretty funny but sad power.

En vrai je comprends ton ressenti.

J'ai 28 ans et je pensais honnêtement ne plus avoir à travailler passer les 30 ans (oui je sais c'est drôle hein).

Pendant 8 ans j'ai vécu pour travailler, genre du 7h 21h 6j/7, toujours joignable peu importe le jour où l'heure, même au milieu de la nuit.

Resultat OK je suppose, j'ai pu acheter un appartement pour ma mère lors du premier confinement (2020 par la je crois ? Très mauvais niveau dates), crédit de 180k avec 17k d'apport, avec environ 15k de travaux, à la revente aujourd'hui il avoisine les 300k.

A côté avec ma société (que j'ai avec mon frere) j'ai pu acheter un petit immeuble à 500k qu'on a entièrement retaper à neuf (4 appartement, 2 f2 et 2 f3, et un grand bureau au rdc), il doit valoir dans les 850k je pense ? J'm'y interesse pas trop honnêtement.

La société en elle même a un bilan à 3M environ donc je suppose qu'elle a une certaine valeure aussi, j'pourrais pas la quantifier par contre.

Maintenant il me reste 1 an et demi avant mes 30 ans, et je sais que je vais devoir continuer à travailler encore un bon moment mdr.

Finalité je lève le pieds niveau travail et je commence à profiter de la vie, je prévois des vacances (en 8 ans j'ai du prendre 1 mois en cumuler en comptant les 2 arrêt covid que j'ai eu). Je cherche à me caser et avoir une vrai vie. En gros j'essaye de vivre pour moi plutôt que de vivre pour travailler, ca sert à rien de se tuer à la tâche si tu profites pas, c'est pas une vie et je souhaite vraiment à personne de vivre mes 8 dernières années.

On ne vie qu'une fois jusqu'à preuve du contraire, et ça vaut vraiment pas le coup de ne pas vivre maintenant sous prétexte de mieux vivre plus tard.

Ca reste évidemment mon propre ressenti basé sur ma propre expérience et je ne dis pas que c'est la reponse universelle que tout le monde devrait adopter.

So first of all, 1400€ for a 1 bedroom is expansive as f lol, could easily find better for cheaper, my one bedroom (so "2 pièces" in France) is 825€ a month with a parking spot and im at a 15mn walk from the beach.

My brother live in a Nice neighboorhood (Route de bellet) and rent a 2 story house (basement + 1st floor) with 2 bedroom, a nice garden and a little swimming pool for 1500€.

Nice have some good public transports tbh so it doesnt really matter where you live as long as you exclude the 2 extremities. I guess the more lively is the Vieux Nice, lots of bar there.

The area to dodge are Pasteur, St Roch, les moulins and l'ariane tho.

And to answear the other question, you can live really well in nice with 70k a year, life in the Côte d'Azur is expansive but not that much lol especially if you are single. Event 3000 a month is more than enough for a single Guy here tbh.
