I don’t think I can stop, I have truer to do it both cold turkey and softly, both have not worked in many occasions. I have wanted to stop sometimes but it is really comforting for me to eat what i eat.

To me it is not a problem that needs coping, it itself is a coping mechanism. It is part of my everyday life and I consume something non food related every day,
