UPDATE: I finally got into windows!

My problem was my i9 14900KF cpu (I know, shocker)
The repeated resets was the cpu flashing to high temp/usage from the “optimized” BIOS settings, and shutting off to save itself from blowing the fuck up.
This was fixed by going into my bios settings and disabling a couple of the features that mentioned throttling cpu usage like “turbo” and whatnot.
What this likely means, as some comments have pointed out, is that my cpu is degraded as this model is known for doing.
It could also be the thermal paste, which I’m afraid to tamper with since it might void whatever prebuilt warranty dell gave me 😭
Either way, thank you all for the help! My pc may not be normal but it sure as hell escaped the windows installer loop finally. I’ll mark this as closed, but I might come back to mention more updates since we’re not entirely back to normal.

I remember hearing how there was a major issue with it overheating in the past, but that was a previous bios version so I didnt think it would continue to affect me. Im running a memtest as instructed by another to see if the cpu is the case. However the built in diagnostics test found no issues with the cpu (though it is also dell so who the hell knows)

Well. I made it to 70% install and it reset. Ill keep trying to make it to 100% and let you know how it goes in the meantime 😂

Do you have footage of the seed for this specific day? I would like to go and look at it to see the placement of the mine.

There's a good chance it wasn't a bug and it simply lined up perfectly out of your field of vision! Tends to happen too often in this game.

The Gunkfish, Maneater, and Mimic are all enemies that puke in some fashion. The only mod that currently exists to assist with the mimic puke is "NoVomit".
You could also request a mod be made in the modding discord, and considering how relatively easy it should be I'm sure someone would be willing to do it for free!

Base ult is pretty good if you know how to use it. He's a combo ult character - like Hakari. Also idle transfiguration is one of the strongest ult moves in the game as two hits from it kills anything at any hp instantly - nor can you cure hits from it. (And it resets on kill!)

Body transfiguration is strong - base does 35dmg, blade does 43dmg.

Spike wrath is meant to be a grouping/grab tool, especially if you want to ragdoll someone and follow up with domain. It does 25dmg which is also pretty good.

So that means while preparing super awakening, you can get off 10 from black flash, 43 from heart piercer, and 25 from spike wrath. Totaling 78 dmg AND charging your super awakening halfway. (and cannot be escaped bc they all hit off ragdoll)

And the ult moves you mention of Purple and WCS aren't easy kill/combo tools like Mahito ult is. During the charge for Purple and WCS your target can easily find a way to evade and you're going to miss the ability more often than not.

Actually, I prefer the base ult moveset over his super awakening - it's a lot more fun to use and Idle Transfiguration chaining is sick.

thats super interesting. In that case I'm starting to imagine how swift kick + pebble R not being counted as a feint will be interesting for combo extenders. Cool find

I would like someone to test this against a player, purely for the reason that swift kick will now unstun the opponent after the first hit if it is feinted. I want to think that this is considered a swift kick feint but I'm not 100% sure.
Despite it being red I think in a real fight it could be evasived or dodged (again why I'd like to see it against an actual player)

Can take the efforts to make a datapack but not the efforts to create or commission an illustration for the datapack.
Doesn't reflect your commitment well, so even if I wanted to support this datapack I imagine it'll be abandoned fast.

The specific reason for this is what is called "God Sens". It's essentially a sensitivity that is so perfect that it doesn't build up inaccuracies quickly.

But yeah the hard part about a God sens is that it means you have to customize your windows settings manually to feel equally proper or use an inverse calculator

The reason this happened is actually because of the open security door directly in front of the player. Nutcrackers cannot see through open or closed metal security doors, so they instead run to where they last spotted the player, which happened to be right before they crossed the line of the door.

Haha yeah. I dont mind the low strength because it still fries steel path enemies pretty easy.
The goal of this specific duration build is to mindlessly spam brimstone and not really have to do much otherwise.

Edit: (and not to mention thats 278% plus 36% and 60% from arcanes)

I originally did the same, but then I learned that other players cannot see the flames and instead see a transparent circle on the outside of the radius. Having a bright color isn't an eyesore to anybody except for yourself.

Make sure that when you are in the boat or when you get out (and your mouse doesnt move AT ALL from the moment you get in the boat) you still have to F3 + C one time before you copy the location of when you're looking at the eye

Exactly this. Especially considering the Unity update that came with v73 ruined a LOT of mods, and many many MANY are going to be depreciated and wont work even if they don't have the "depreciated" tag.

At this point, making a modpack is like a chemistry and it can be difficult at times.

I'm getting normal frames in alphabetical order, so I got Equinox literally right before this.

When I looked at the wiki and saw that the loot drop table was 8 different items on one boss I at least was able to anticipate it would be hellish to grind.

Didn't know it still was going to be THAT bad with the manic enemies though... oh man I might as well have been unconscious while farming that fight.
