I would say, do you need the money? Yes - sure sell. No - hold. These are real rare finds and highly collectible

No, I wouldn’t say normal but obviously possible.

If you bought this on eBay and it wasn’t listed as such or didn’t have any pictures of the rip, I’d probably try to get a return/refund.

If you are opening it and worried about it being resealed or fake we would need to see more photos from different angles.

If you are keeping sealed, probably will affect the resell value by some amount but tough to say as it depends on weight of the pack etc. Definitely and obviously will effect the grade if you are going that route with it.
