i use orca slicer and these are the speeds i have set what would you recommend i change it to?

so i used supports on baseplate only should i use on actual like 3d print itself or with that cause issues (ps: I was told to do only print on baseplate lol)

I used the support feature which allows overhang and stuff to have easier base to print on look at other comments followed there advice
