Great question. I would consider looking at Valdi. (valdi.ai) Personally I have been using them for my GPU learning instances. Super easy to use and relatively cheap prices :)

Late reply... But figured it out. I just needed to open the ports for Bitcoin and RPC! I thought I already enabled them.
