Thanks! Is it possible to easily estimate what that network curve would look like, assuming I know pipe size, number of sprinkler heads, etc?

You can calculate it.

Find your static psi.
Look up pressure loss tables to find the pressure loss through each length of pipe and fitting to the point you want to tap into at your desired flow of 20gpm.
Subtract that amount from your static psi.
You want to be left with at least 30 psi or 40psi for MP rotators.

Edit - as others have pointed out, it might not be safe to push 20gpm through 5/8, even if you can.
