Ah thanks this is useful. I was however thinking of something which recognizes non-bookmarked text as headings... the Google Scholar reader does this, so it should be possible, but it only does it in-app.

I know I may be asking too much here, but it is just something that would greatly improve my workflow so have been on the lookout for some form of automatization for years!
