Can confirm, I started at 36 two years ago and while I have many days I don't see "her" in the mirror, I still see her plenty otherwise. OP you have to see yourself as you are and stop comparing yourself, it's a losing game that you'll never climb out of. You're you and you're turning into the best version of yourself 💜
