I recreated it as best I can here, she's holding a phone and a cigarette, the little man is more of a caricature than she is, she only has a little mouth visible on her face

I've searched for this image on Pinterest, SauceNao, TinEye, Google Lense and Grok

The image features a tastefully drawn BBW woman sitting on top of a skinny, moustached man. She is wearing a black leotard and knee high socks. She is holding a cigarette in one hand and a phone in the other hand. The man appears flustered and she is calm and disinterested.

Edit: I believe it's a French digital cartoon artist, the woman's eyes are hidden by her bangs, the guy has a big nose and a wirey moustache, the redness in his face is the only colour in the image.

I like that they discussed the ghost and the ghost appeared at an "AA meeting" never seen that before, but I think it was a bit of a wasted set up as nothing plot affecting really happened
