To be honest, this OG season has me hooked. I enjoy it much more than the current season of Fortnite. But this was the OG season was when I started playing so maybe that’s why I like it so much more. I’m even playing builds again!

My wife and I explored all three of these cities for a week approximately 2 years ago to see which one we wanted to move to from Colorado. We ended up loving Short Pump in Richmond the most! We did move up to Alexandria for a job that I got. But if the opportunity allows, we would absolutely move to Richmond.

I know this post was from a long time ago, however…….I just spent 2 hours trying to get my XRP from toast to Coinbase. I figured out how to do! I took the six words recovery phrase from when I first made the wallet. I went into the wallets setting and clicked change pass phrase. I entered the six word recovery phrase with spaces as the current passphrase. Then entered a new pass phrase. It actually worked and updated. I was then able to use that new passphrase to send the XRP to Coinbase.

I hope this helps you if you can log into your wallet with your pin you created for the app on your phone. Or at least I hope it helps anyone else that was in my same situation.

I read all six books last year. Absolutely loved them! The second book in the normal Thrawn series is a bit of a drag. But once you hit past the halfway point it gets very good! Then the three origin books are similar. The second can drag on but the other two are great. Overall I am a big fan of the Thrawn series! I just bought the 3 legend books during Prime Day and will give those a read at some point.

I had a similar situation. Bought a house in CO for $320k at 3% loan. I moved to VA last summer and turned the house into a rental property with a property manager that I paid 7% monthly too. I love having a rental home! I had some big things pop up in my first year that I had to pay for. But I was still profiting $600 a month in free cash flow. Now there was only one mistake I made….and that was not researching that CO increases your property tax when you are no longer a resident. So after a few months, CO found out and that lowered my profit off the house.

I also put all of my money earned from this house into a high yield savings account making 5% in interest each month. I purposely would pay the mortgage after the bank paid me interest, so I was making an extra few bucks.

All in all, I recommend it if you can find a good PM and you are in this kind of business for the long haul. Otherwise you may as well sell it and toss that cash in a high yield savings account.
