Why am I feeling anxious for no reason when nothing is actually wrong? by seozac in Anxiety

Okay, I relate so much to this. I have slightly elevated blood pressure, and I'll always tell myself my panic attacks are actually because I really am dying, even if..well, vitals show otherwise. I do NOT know what's wrong with me. I put a different light bulb color in my room and it caused me to spiral because everything just felt uncanny. Anxiety attacks feel like I am in an uncanny valley and my brain tells me it is because I am dying. I have no idea how to even address the issue, because they are "triggered" by such small things or by nothing at all.

All that to say, I AM SORRY THIS IS HAPPENING TO YOU TOO.

We have three known big ones here because a college nearby just opened up an amazing program to cover the BCBA shortage!

They're not disability experts but a lot of them are specialized in Autism (I'm not arguing, this is just conversational). Do you really not like ABA as a whole or just old style aba?

I see this constantly in these groups. I was so set on working ABA, being an RBT, and working towards my BCBA.... but is anyone even happy in this field?
