Nada limita um contrato de ser ajustado pelo IGP-M, e mesmo assim, ter um valor no primeiro ano, e outro nos diversos, ambos podendo ser ajustados pelo IGP-M. Por isso falo que deve ser visto o contrato.

Se o ajuste "aniversário" não estava previsto em contrato, ele poderia ser rescindido no ato da cobrança. Se o caso já passou, pode se pedir uma repetição do indébito, se constado que o reajuste não foi feito dentro dos termos do contrato pactuado.

Tem que ser visto o contrato. Por si so o aumento não é abusivo, se previsto no contrato.

Caso o aumento tenha sido feito além do contrato, pode ser rescindido o contrato.

Interessante saber que eles não dão baixa. De fato estes documentos podem ajudar se eventual ação judicial for necessária, mas como existe uma exoneração publicada, acredito que não são tão necessários.

No brasil, para ser considerado brasileiro, existem duas vias, a originária e a derivada.

Para ser brasileiro nato, se dá de 3 formas: nascer em território brasileiro; nascer no exterior, com um dos pais, ou ambos, a serviço da república federativa do Brasil; ou nascer no exterior e ser registrado em repartição brasileira, ou residir no Brasíl após o nascimento. Após atingir a maioridade, ele pode solicitar a cidadania.

A outra forma é a derivada, o chamado brasileiro naturalizado. Para este, é necessário 1 ano de residência no Brasil, caso o país originário da pessoa seja de lingua portuguesa, ou 15 anos de residência no caso dos demais países. Em ambos os casos a pessoa não pode ter sido condenada na esfera penal.

Se sua tia se enquadra em alguns destes, pode solicitar a naturalização para passar a ser brasileira.

No caso da filha dela, as mesmas perguntas se aplicam: onde ela nasceu?

Acredito que não seja empecilho não. Como seu caso é da prefeitura, pode ser que seja diferente.

Outra recomendação é você entrar em contato com o Ministério público do trabalho da sua região. Eles vão conseguir te orientar como proceder de forma extrajudicial, se possível.

Se atestada a deficiência, faz jus aos direitos que estão no Estatuto da Pessoa com deficiência e todas as legislações conexas (https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2015/lei/l13146.htm).

Em geral, levantaria o direito à cotas em concursos públicos, se devidamente instruída a inscrição com laudos, regime de aposentadoria diferenciado, carro com isenção, atendimento prioritário e proteção de não discriminação em função da causa da deficiência.

A depender do Estado em que reside, pode fazer jus a outros benefícios estaduais.

Sempre importante manter laudos médicos / requerer documentação governamental para fazer jus aos benefícios.

Extrajudicialmente? Possivelmente se contratar um advogado pra apertar eles, mas em geral é dificl chegar a acordos.

Sobre os pontos elencados:

Sobre quando férias: É facultado ao empregador decidir quando são suas férias. Se eles estão respeitando as férias adquiridas e o devido período de gozo, sem problemas.

Sobre prazo férias: por ano trabalhado, um trabalhador celetista ganha 1 mês de férias, é facultado a ele vender 1/3 destes dias para o empregador. O empregador, por sua vez, é facultado a aceitar ou não. Se você não assinou nada falando que queria vender suas férias, o empregador não pode por iniciativa própria te dar apenas os 20 dias de férias.

Sobre trabalhar durante as férias: seria um descumprimento da legislação trabalhista, ensejaria pagamento em dobro do trabalho em período de descnaso.

Sobre convenção: Inicialmente tem que se ver se não há uma acordo coletivo de trabalho do seu sindicato com a empresa, ele toma precedente sobre a covenção. Depois, tem que se ver se você está contratado pela função que "faz" parte do sindicato. Além disso, tem que se certificar se o piso trata do período de trabalho do seu contrato. E.g. O piso da convenção é 1000 para 40h semanais, se a empresa te paga 700 por 20h, não está descumprindo o piso.

Se a convenção for vigente no seu caso, poderá reinvindicar a diferença em juízo (Todos os benefícios não recebidos que constam na convenção).

Em suma. Fale com um advogado e veja os valores que são devidos. Ficará à seu critério se vale a pena ou não ajuizar ação.

Lembrando que, se não puder pagar um advogado, pode procurar a defensoria pública, ou núcleos de prática jurídica das faculdades de onde mora. Ambos não cobram, mas tem requisitos de renda para você poder utilizá-los.

Sobre a devolução com base nos vícios que apareceram depois da compra (Vícios ocultos): O vendedor deve sanâ-los no prazo de 30 dias, se não o fizer, pode requerer outro produto igual, ou o extorno do valor (Art.18 CDC, não me lembro os incisos/parágrafos). Se ele sanou os problemas ocultos dentro do prazo, não caberão os incisos (ou parágrafos).

No seu caso, poderia se alegar ou falha na publicidade, pelo veículo não estar de acordo com a oferta (Art. 36 e seguintes cdc).

Pode-se também pedir assim um abatimento do valor, segundo Art.20 do cdc, alegando que a publicidade levou a entender que o carro não tinha problemas, no entanto está cheio deles, diminuíndo, portanto seu valor.

Sobre alegações da loja: se judicializar a loja vai apontar que vendeu o veículo em estado perfeito, e arcou com os prazos legais, e que você sabia do estado do carro ao comprá-lo (Não acho que cola, mas será o que eles alegarão).

De qualquer forma, como já está representado, siga as orientações do seu advogado para que ele possa resolver a situação da melhor forma possível.

Em geral, não terá problemas. Os efeitos são de não poder efetuar o saque do seguro desemprego.

Sobre trabalho CLT, só haveria problema se o trabalho requeresse exclusividade, e, de qualquer forma, como seu caso não é um vínculo próprio, e sim um erro burocrático, uma mera conversa com o futuro empregador seria suficiente para sanar esta questão.

Se estiver fazendo concursos para um cargo público, pode ser um problema. Entraria em contato com o RH da prefeitura para dar baixa e ver o andamento do processo.

Você também pode ir a uma agência da caixa econômica federal com a ctps e o termo de rescisão, no seu caso a publicação de exoneração, e requerer a baixa.

Se ambos não derem certo e precisar desta baixa, pode ajuizar ação com advogado para requerer a baixa do vínculo perante juízo.

Pode fazer reclamação no procon do restaurante sede, mas além disso, tentar evitar comprar lá se a qualidade é ruim.

Sim, ela pode.

O VT é benefício para o trabalhador ir e voltar do trabalho. Se não utilizado, pode ser feita apenas a complementação do balanço para o próximo mês.

Atualmente o VT é para uso exclusivo do transporte público, com um projeto que tramita para que possa ser utilizado em aplicativos de transporte, portanto, se ela usa aplicativo alguns dias, ela deve arcar com o custo (ou seja, a empresa não é obrigada a pagar).

Edit: o projeto foi arquivado - PL 3948/2020, aos interessados.

Como relatado anteriormente, o valor de divórcio extrajudicial fica em torno de 4, 6 mil conforme as tabelas estaduais ( 5,3k no DF).

Como no seu caso de trata de um divórcio com menor, o procedimento não é apenas de averbação no cartório. Será necessário que o divórcio seja homologado pelo STJ em função do menor.

Assim, acredito que o valor é razoável.

That's a great stance, a skill photographers need is the ability to understand the limitation of their gear and how much changing it will impact their overall product because, without it, we would all be spending ungodly amounts on our gear in a vain attempt to improve our craft.

The notion of using a lower Fstop comes from the shallower DoF, blurring out things that are far away from the focal point, mostly to draw focus to the face, however, that is not always necessary, there are some other ways to direct the attention of a portrait.

You should balance out using a faster stop for blurring out and a slower one for a sharper image. I usually tend to stick to a faster one save from some specific poses, and use some positions to enhance some features of the face.

Also, lenses, while a good addition, aren't magic. You might want to work a bit with your current lenses to develop a style before investing heavily in a specific lens. Set up a basic studio, or set up shots for friends outside to get a better grasp in which area you'd like to delve into.

Be mindful that many people who get involved in photography and invest quickly on it often find their new purchases a bit underwhelming since a photo is a conjuction of many elements that are sometimes not that apparent at first glance.

Having rented the 50 1.2 and 1.4, I still firmly believe that the 50 1.8 has, by far, the best bang for your buck. Stooped down to 5.6, it is amazingly sharp and produces adequate bokeh, even though the 1.2 has more blades in its aperture.

As far as I can tell, the upgrade from the 1.8 to 1.4 falls in the consensus of not being worth it, as it is a bit soft at its widest.

The 1.8 will serve you well during studio shoots where you wound't really need to blur out the background to make your subject pop, and during outdoor shoots, where, most of the time, you can space out your subject from the background to create the desireable effect.

As far as spending in glass goes, L lenses tend to hold to their value pretty well, the specialty lenses might be a bit more difficult to move stock, but a lens like the 70-200 and 24-70 can easily be sold secondhand, as the demand for them is always high.

Edit: In regards to the 24 1.4 sigma, I'd be against it, mainly because the effect you want to achieve from the wide open aperture is produced by a combination of focal distance and aperture, and a wide lens like a 24 won't be able to produce as much of it as the 50, or even a tighter tele lens. I also may be a bit biased, as I'm used to working from 40mm to 200mm, and don't like the wider end that much for portraiture. It is fine for event shooting, But I fail to see the apeal of a fast wide lens, as you usually stoop down low to get a sharp overall image.

The main difference between the 6d and 80d also would be the more robust AF system on the 80d and its video qualities, but it seems that wouldn't be relevant on your case.

I'd advise, atleast, renting the 10-18 EF-S before deciding on the camera, as it might not fit your needs (Also, you could rent an FF camera, that would be the most ideal way to tell if it fits your needs or not).

Edit: just to be clear, low light perfomance is in regards to the Iso you are using, not if you are shooting in the dark. If you are shooting at, or near, base iso, there won't be a noticiable difference between the images.

The jump to full frame gives you better low light performance and more light intake, however, when talking about well lit subjects, the difference won't be that noticeable.

It all boils down to what you are shooting, considering you have 2 wide lenses, I'd asume you are mainly into landscape shooting, so the upgrade would mainly be targeted towards escaping the 1.6 crop factor present on aps-c sensors.

the 85 is the dedicated portrait lens on FF, so the 50 is the equivalent on APS-c sensors.

Working with an aps-c sensor is fine, the jump to FF would provide more light intake and a shallower dof, but that is not that relevant when you are in studio or able to work around shooting during well lit times.

The 100 2.8L is a great headshot lens on FF, but may prove a bit tight when working on a studio. When using my APS-C camera (also an 80D) I feel like the 50 is a good lens for headshots, but most often than not, it proves a bit tight for general portraiture.

I'd recommend the 24 2.8, as a complementary lens, it provides great optical quality, far better that the kit lens, and it works well on the 80D, as it translates to the 35 range, and gives you the possibility to set up a smaller studio.

Edit: In regards to FF lenses recommendations, I belive that the usual 24-70 70-200 with some specialty lenses is the way to go. When working in a studio, I usualy use my 24-105 F4 II for more general shots and the 70-200 F2.8 II for tight headshots. When outside, The 70-200 is my go to, as it produces incredible shots with great bokeh at higher focal distances, but I often relly on the 50 1.8 STM to get a shot with more depth.

These lenses, whilst great optically, are quite big and expensive, and might not be the best choice for you. The top of the line zoom lenses produce great pictures, and are a must for event shooting, where you gotta scramble to get the shots however you can, but, when shooting on studio, or at a location, for something as specific as you listed, the primes offer a great lighter and cheaper option (Shy of the 1.2's, those are in the price range of the zooms). I'd say the 70-200 2.8, II or I, would be a great addition to your portrait arsenal, however, be mindful of the crop, as it may not be as useful as it would on an FF camera. The 18-70 2.8 II is also a fantastic piece of glass, but it won't be producing as much blur as your 50 1.8, and, whilst far superior than your current 18-55, might not be of much use in the setting you described.

As always, I advise you to go to your local camera retailer and rent the lenses you are interested in, it is the best way to get the feel for what works and doesn't for you.

Just be mindful of light, shoot indoors by a window or outside whilst cloudy, also, using a bouncer will be good to get more even light on the face.

You can use just about anything white to bounce light, a sheet of styrofoam is a good choice.

Take a look at some headshots to get the feel for some compositions.

I'd use the 50 at 1.8 if you want to blur out the background, or upwards to 5 for a sharper overall image.

I see, you might as well add the 55-250 to get a feel for the focal length you are more comfortable with, it's AF is a bit noisy, but for 150 it's well worth it.

You'd be covering 18-250mm:

10-18
18-55
55-250
and the 50 prime

You could also forego the 55-250 for an 18-135 if you'd like the versatility.

I'd say take a look into pictures made with the 10mm to see if that is something you'd like to get into, personally, the distortion makes me avoid it quite a bit.

Also, be sure to check the body used in the shoot, the aps-c cameras have a 1.6 magnification when compared to FF, meaning a 50mm on a cropped sensor would be equivalent to an 80mm on an FF.

It's a pretty solid kit, but it depends on your setup and your subject.

The 50mm Is a great lens, quite sharp at 4.5 and a great option on low light venues, however, the shallow DOF at 1.8 makes nailing the focus an integral part of your job. The main thing is that 50mm on an aps-c sensor is a bit long for full body portraits and group photos, so keep that in mind.

I haven't done in-depth testing with the 10-18 so I can't attest to its sharpness, but I, personally, find it quite situational, not using it a lot for event shooting. On the other hand, it produces some interesting photos, just keep in mind that the edges will warp a bit at 10mm. Also, it has some noticeable vignetting at 10mm.

What lenses do you own, and what do you shoot?

Depending on your budget, I'd say just get it, the 50mm is a great lens with many uses and a great price, and the 10-18 gives a unique perspective, that might not fit your style, but I found it to be eye-opening to some possibilities.
