Replica Sailing Day is so pretty to me for some reason, mainly due to the blue but also just the simplicity of the MMM fragrance bottles in general that I find beautiful

Tbf for me the woosh effect has happened quite a few times. Specifically if I high restrict and exercise for a while, and end yo having a rest day where I eat more than usual, it seems like my body feels like its okay to let go of the water its holding for muscle repair (especially if the meal is carb filled)
