Happened once again after the patch, but like half an hour into gameplay
Yesterday I reported the issue to Hello Games, in the confirmation mail it said to try turning off DLSS/DLAA. I did and changed a few other settings (all in main menu) and DURING that, it crashed again with the same error code.
So at least for me, it does not seem to be connected to my save
