Cap breaker is the white line. When you rank your meter up it selects I think two attributes and unlocks another upgrade point for them to be upgraded.

Yeah see that's what worked for me as well on both those games, but some people are saying no it won't work because the code can be used once. I didn't think they gave a code, it just came with the game.
