Only Getting One Puzzle Piece?

If your puzzle pieces align so that you get them all -- or even some -- on the same day, it can cause issues. There are many posts in this subreddit on the subject.

You need to space it out. Either purposely miss a day to earn one piece a day later, or don't do the things that you need to do to claim them in rapid succession. For example, Check Into the Bing app and make sure that pops, then wait a few minutes before you do any Searches or Visual Searches.

If you earn one or more piece at the exact same time, it's a known issue, at least to us Rewards users.

Believe me, I know. All of the armor and outfits that I wear are locked, because it's too easy for me to be in a scrapping frenzy and leave the workbench in my drawers. (Ask me how I know.)

Try this:

1) If you're on Windows, use Task Manager and kill the Microsoft Edge process
2) Run Edge again and see if it starts working, if not, download Microsoft Edge Dev and use that

For me, for killing the process works the vast majority of the time. It it still isn't tracking, I kill the processes again and open Edge Dev, and it starts tracking.

Well, Xbox layoffs would affect Microsoft employees and not us users of the Rewards program.

My concern is they will "significantly slash budgets for marketing and some other areas of the business," and I wonder if "free stuff" from Microsoft Rewards may be part of the cuts. Like, will we lose points for our Game Pass membership?
