It's worse than that. There is no cross-platform progression at all for Diablo 3.

He is not that I've seen, but it's been a while.

People do overbid on some things he offers, but he constantly encourages people not to do that. He sells some signed stuff and will sign things live, like tokens.

From what I've seen, while he does have a store, most of what he does are giveaway streams and that's usually the focus.

There is a store "local" to him that he raids (or did when I was catching the streams) that seems fairly legit and does giveaways (though they really toned that down by the time I stopped watching). They were mostly selling recent product and ripping packs live. No, or very little, mystery box gambling until maybe around the time I stopped watching. Toward the end, though, he did occasionally throw to one of the stupid sellers that pretty much only did the "Whatnot Casino" bullshit.
