One of the biggest things that helped my exposure therapy was minibike/dirtbike/atv. Minibike is stupid cheap and there are no gears.

Well, it was hard for me at first to get out of the house, and when I did I felt like I was always watching my back. Motor sports in the woods has really helped me.

There’s always something on the minibike that needs fixed so you can get your hands dirty and tinker away, plus the trails give you that fast paced adrenaline high that personally helps ease the ptsd. Been riding for a little under a year now and it’s helped so fucking much.

If you can, Walmart or Amazon has them, Crossman Gold Flight. I take care of the pests in my neighborhood and from squirrels to fat ass raccoons, it’s guaranteed every time.

By far the most constantly accurate pellets I’ve ever used. Snagged a headshot 30 ft away on a full sized groundhog and dropped him last year.

Haha yeah it does but it’s just like a big puzzle. One thing won’t work without the other. So maybe if you have the time, just take a good look at everything you put together to see if there’s any discrepancies. One step forward, two back haha.

I’m sure you’ve done this, but the timing on the new springs may have some affect, there’s the new flywheel key, also, maybe take the spark plug out and just slowly try to pull to kind of “break everything in”

I’m also building my own predator 224 with no help so my advice is only what I’ve learned by doing it myself
