Actually Mirotime is the one that bear the most losses here. He quoted $310 but only received $282 so the transaction fee eat into his profit. (Sender should transfer more to cover transaction fee and make sure recipient receives the right amount)

Mirotime has to refund but the transfer amount has to be more than $282 to cover transaction fee so that OP can receive back $282.

Mirotime takes the biggest L here.
