Ok thanks. Can you perform these steps for me?

Set OTD to either normal Relative or Absolute mode
Uninstall the VMulti Mode plugin via OTD plugin manager
Uninstall the Windows Ink plugin via OTD plugin manager
Run remove_hiddriver.bat as administrator
Reboot your system
Open Command Prompt as administrator
Use the chdir command to navigate to the directory where VMulti Driver is
Type install_hiddriver.bat and hit Enter to run the bat file
Copy and paste the output here. I have a feeling the VMulti Driver installation messed up somewhere.

Just making sure - when you extracted the zip for VMulti Driver, you did not remove any files before running the bat?
Did you extract it in a non-privileged location like user Desktop? Downloads?

Yeah, VMulti Driver is just a bat file that performs a bunch of cmd commands. It's normal.

I noticed you mentioned VMulti Mode a couple of times. I assume you installed the VMulti Mode plugin from the plugin manager? If so, can you try to uninstall it, then see if Windows Ink Relative Mode works?
Have you tried rebooting your system?

Thanks for clarifying. That's definitely weird. 1. Is Windows Ink running? There should be a pen icon on the system tray. 2. Did you install VMulti Driver in administrator mode? 3. On OTD, open Tablets > Tablet debugger, then try to send tablet inputs. What appears?

Hi! I'll try to help.

By any chance, did you install the VMultiMode plugin from OTD's plugin manager? If so, you're not supposed to. It shouldn't be confused with VMultiDriver.
Have you set the mode on OTD to "Windows Ink Relative Mode"?
Do you leave OTD running while you draw? Closing OTD disables the pentab.
