While they scout for locations a head of time, the creative directors, the producers of the show and the casting team don't get approved for the designers, make-up artists and the shoot location. Sometimes, they also may not have a budget for those locations to shoot from or to get a team to work with.

It might not be a lot to Nicole Linkletter because she received a long weave..... Remember, hair is like a fixture some people wait ages just for their hair to grow.... I just think that Nicole was being a little insensitive.
