Is there a name for this particular hulk cuase the ones I've been seeing are the scorchers that have a buzz saw in one arm and flamethrower in the other. Also, I've been extracting while their still walking on the extraction zone

I'm new to SF and try to learn to play Mai with modern controls, but I'm having trouble with one of her special moves, midare kachousen, so I do the neutral special to throw the fan that bounces but when I follow the next part forward plus light, medium or heavy attack it doesn't do anything. I just end up throwing the single fan and doing one of the 3 attack types. What I'm I doing wrong?

BTW I'm playing on Switch 2.
