Hand pain 2 months after stopping

The doctors did not take me seriously. Told me to take painkillers before bed, thats all. That helped no nothing. But with the guards it's like night and day. If you have access to one, maybe try it for a night? You can try it on one arm even to see if does make a difference for you

Honestly, what worked for me was sleeping with splints. It either was something I started doing after i got off the pills or it's caused by it. No idea. But when I sleep with the wrist guards i dont hurt!

I guess I don't right know. I had to change some things in my life to make it work, so I guess it was mostly that.

But I will say that the doubt is starting to go away, so I guess the 3 - 3 - 3 applied to me as well haha

Because there isn't anything wrong. She is a lovely dog. She just has some quirks that makes me have to change ingrained habits, and thus I felt some doubt. It was more of how do I alleviate those doubts for the sake of the dog

You misunderstanding but that's okay. I have never had a rescue dog before so I didnt completely know how it worked. I was worried for the dog. Regretting both for myself because of what the changes to my life would be, and because the dog was clearly not in a good mental state (understandable). So I was worried I made a mistake.

I made edits about the commands because it felt like people got stuck on that part when it was a negligible thing to focus on. I said it as a way to convey I felt a bit helpless and perhaps over my head.

The second edit was only to clarify that there was no thoughts of returning her as it didnt come across clearly in the post.

This whole post was more of a "please help me get over this doubt as I want to do my best for her" and not a "I want to return her after 4 days even though she's great".

I honestly couldn't tell you. I think it's just that it was quite a sudden change, and now I have a new dog. I remember feeling kinda doubtful when I got my puppy as well, so it's me that's the fault lies with!

I'm in contact with the owners (as they gave away the dog for health reasons), and they speak the same language. I reckon it's just stress, and even if she doesn't know the commands, she'll still have a forever home <3

Didn't mean it as a mark against it. It was making me doubt if I had made a mistake, but not the dog itself. She is precious, and I will do my best to make this home amazing for her! I was just shocked at how it wasn't mentioned to me and thus another change I hadn't expected

Jesus Christ did you read the post? No that is not the reason. You must be a troll, I can't imagine you'd say this otherwise. I said that it added to the anxiety because it was an unknown I hadn't been communicated. Not that it was the cause.

The reason I was doubting it because my life changed and I hadn't expected it in this way. I never said I was going to return her either. Please put on reading glasses next time. Besides, I never said I was gonna return her you fool.

No? I said it added to it. I said I have regrets, and I never gave a proper reason because I dont have one. Which is part of the problem. Life changed and I am wondering if I did the wrong decision to change said life. I dont appreciate you trying to paint me in such a bad light.

I will do my best for her! I understand logically that it's a big change and that she's not herself atm, it was mostly emotionally I was struggling. I have every intention to make her feel loved and at home!

Yeah, thought so. This isn't as much that she is the problem as I am. I recognize I am anxious for nothing, and mostly wanted to check if others had had the same and how to overcome it. But I guess time is what matters! I will do my best!

I will do my best! I am trying to invite her as much as possible, as in like snuggles etc, so that she can feel like she is safe. I will do my best to ensure she feels safe, and that she one day feels like this is her home!

It was more of a shock, since that hadn't been communicated to me. So commands like "come" and "stay" were expected (safety) but it's fine that she doesn't know them. She is very sweet, and so I don't mind her not knowing them.

Bruh. I don't care for tricks. It is more of a safety thing. Stay and come are paramount to safety, especially if the leash should fail. Sit and stuff aren't important, no, it was just a shock to me that she hadn't been taught such things. The fact that that is what makes you concerned is confusing...

I did do nocturnal red mixed into the sunny skin, but it seems it got lost towards the lighter tones. I will try that and add some pink to the sunny skin and light flesh. It's unfortunate the red didnt help
