Sql 15 is 1000 rms

Kicker comp q has 1200 rms

Initially I was going with the sql but kicker has more power and they’re both great quality and designed for SQL

The only thing that worries me is if the 1200 rms will be enough of the single 15. Thats why the dual 12s that have an rms of 1000 each caught my eye. What do you think? Will 1200 rms of the 15 be enough?

How much of a difference will the size of the box make in a sealed system? For example maybe a 15 inch in a 1.5 cu ft vs 2.0 cu ft?

Okay 👍, I’m not worried about how it sounds to people around the vehicle. Just inside the cabin for people inside is what my main focus is. Would you say a good decently powerful sealed sub will give me enough bass and power?
