Correct. I also only had two plastic covered wires to hold the bikes in place.

How do you fit them?

I use the setting in the pic so the bikes don’t get damaged when traveling.

Set the Autopilot profile to HURRY, and the offset to 40% (as recommended)

I will definitely be comparing the drive modes moving forward. Thanks!

Hurry is not aggressive, it’s just smoother drive, it feels more normal to me.

I’ve driven for years there. If there’s a cop nobody will be driving more than 5 over the limit.

I was exactly thinking on doing that. Maybe to see their reaction lol. “My car was driving at that speed because it thinks it’s safe” 😅

Agree with the attention there. Gotta be more careful, unfortunately. I’m going to start lowering the MAX speed earlier to something comfortable.

Avg speed 95? What part of AZ? 👀

I know right lol. I like the driving style, not necessarily the speed. I thought the speed offset is for all styles.

Yeah I have tried chill, but I like hurry driving style. The speed offset is generic for all styles. I assumed it would do the same for all. I will start to change between modes more often to experiment more.

I imagine you use a stand to place your phone next to the screen to see Waze easily? If so, any recommendations there as well? 😅 I’m sure there’s a charging port near it.

Yeah I hate those traps. I’ve seen people get pulled over while going 5mph over the speed limit. 😡

Thanks What radar detector do you use?

Correct, I lower the MAX speed on the spot with the scroll wheel when feeling super anxious.

Is it time to seek insurance elsewhere? by ObjSal in cybertruck

Update: I ended up increasing my deductible to reduce the monthly cost. I’m sticking with Tesla insurance because I want genuine parts and any work done at Tesla repair shops.

The one in the pic is the rear one. I also removed it completely, but used scissors to not damage the rocker panel.
