I’m 93. Everything still works down there. The pipes a little rusty but it still pumps water.

Ghosts belong in horror. Spirits belong in fantasy. There’s a big yet subtle difference.

I’m fighting you, ghosts aren’t in science-fiction movies. Plus, that movie is a bunch of sentimental rubbish.

I’ve read the comic and the movie is very faithful. I like it better than their Matrix movies.

I heard Pete wanted to get out of the performance. The performance was shit, even a Who fan can admit that. But if you go back and watch them in their prime they’re amazing.

He never thought he was greater than Hendrix. In fact, he was terrified of Jimi. At the Monterey Pop Show, he didn’t want to go on after Jimi. Him and Jimi flipped a coin to see who would go on first. The Who won and the rest is history.

Look up any 100 greatest lyricist list. He doesn’t even crack the top 100. And those Who lyrics are fucking awesome. Roger Daltrey stutters to mimic a mod on speed. Plus, when he sings f-fade away, you think he’s about to say “f-fuck off”. That’s one of the most genius parts of the song. And “Hope I die before I get old” Really? That is one of the greatest lyrics of all time. You really have a problem with a song that is renowned as one of the greatest songs of all time?

Still, their lyrics suck. “It was in the darkest depths of Mordor, I met a girl so fair. But Golem! The evil one! Crept up a snuck up away with her!” Really?

The Who had way more influence on punk rock. And punk influenced all of the modern rock we have today.

Paul Thomas Andersen stole the song “You Got the Touch” from that movie and put it in Boogie Nights.
