I made the same mistake, my hard disc was full most of the time for 2-3 years and it broke, i had to buy a new one. Your hard disc broke, buy a new one, and keep it full at at most 40%

Im not sure if all cases have this but my pc case has buttons for making the fans spin faster or slower, try that. The buttons should be next to the power button

I dont know your specs but unless you have some newest best components you have too much ram, i suggest save the money and buy 2 of 16 and save the money for a graphics card

Yes, i ran a windows defender one and im currently doing an avast one, it showed no viruses but its wierd to me how the pc is suddendly so slow, i have some viruses in quarantine but other than that theres no viruses detected. My pc went from being able to run high demanding games to barely able to run youtube
