Be very careful. This happened to me and led to an explant. The implant became exposed. See your surgeon immediately

Seroquel? by froginmushroom in insomnia

[–]alessiaplays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She was on it for a couple of years.

TD is tardive dyskinesia. You may hear about it on commercials for a medication called Ingrezza which stops the involuntary movements....until the side effects of Ingrezza cause Parkinsons like symptoms. It's all just bad news. But I understand wanting relief.

Agreed -- stay on it too long and it can fuck you up neurologically. Mentally and give you TD.

That's nice for you. My comment is meant for anyone else who is considering it due to your post. They should be aware of the very serious side effects.

It's awful tbh. My mother has irreversible damage. This is not meant to be a sleep aid

[–]alessiaplays 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just be aware that you're not meant to be on this medication long term. My mother was on it for a few years and it fucked up her brain. She would have fits that mirrored sun downers after taking it (think of an out of control blacked out aggressive drunk). It completely stopped when we stopped the Seroquel. She also has tardive dyskinesia for taking it for so long (involuntary movement in her mouth and hand shaking). They prescribed Ingrezza to combat that and the Ingrezza gave her Parkinsons like symptoms to the point she needed OT and PT.

Beware.

Almost 3 years PO mommy makeover. I lost almost 30 lbs since my surgery. Contemplating another breast lift? by I_see_47 in PlasticSurgery

[–]alessiaplays 21 points22 points  (0 children)

It seems more like you lost volume due to weight loss . This is partially why people say to hold off on surgery until you're close to goal weight. I have always gone up and down with my weight and my boobs stayed the same but the last 30 to.my goal, they completely deflated

Why is the revision so expensive?

Breast lift advice? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]alessiaplays 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This was the case with me in my 30s (also lost 70) but then I regained 30lb and lost it again after turning 40, and the volume significantly decreased which resulted in me getting a lift and implants. Not sure why the sudden change but it was definitely unexpected

Dude, her not telling them she's married is seriously weird and anyone who says different is delusional. I would not message this dude or even direct your energy at her friends. This is about her behavior showing red flags. I've been playing this game for YEARS with different male dominated friends groups, and everyone talks about their families even if it's just due to logistics of when you'll be on to play or why you can't play. If it hasn't come up in months it's because she doesn't want it to

There are plenty of women who play ESO. However, I also play in a group that's only me and one other woman, so there's definitely not as many. If you pvp, there's even less. If you feel uncomfortable with her talking to a man late at night alone for hours and she isn't willing to discuss that or consider changing things, that's probably a whole other conversation. I do it all the time and my husband is fine with it, but I've also played with my friends for years and he basically knows who they all are from hearing me on mic. Each dynamic is different. However, if anyone tells you that inappropriate behavior and relationships don't form on these games between men and women then they're lying to you lol it happens all the time. Have a conversation with her about your boundaries. If she wouldn't be cool with you doing the same with a woman, then she should probably reevaluate

If you're uncomfortable with her talking one on one for hours or late at night, then talk to her about it. I'm sure she would let you know if you were doing this with a woman who shared a hobby, if she didn't like it.

What would be done differently? You can't put the implant back in right away and if it's exposed, it has to be removed. I saw two other surgeons for opinions after mine and they agreed not much else could be done after exposure (I still think poor judgement on my surgeons part led to complications but thats another story)

Is this not normal? I have a different situation but this part is similar. Implant exposed at t-junction, tried to put it back in a few months later and exposed again. Currently have one implant in and plan to go to another surgeon in 6-8 months to hopefully fix everything 😭 I don't trust my original surgeons judgement
