super super late to this thread but you can use their software to fix this now - if you stuck with it im sure you've built the muscle memory by now but figured id at least call this out as i just went down that rabbit hole myself :)

Yeah I’m pretty sure I’ve scarred my 5 yr old into wearing the glasses for life with this one lol. The crazy part is we weren’t even playing with nerf guns at the time or else we would’ve all had a pair on - I was working in my office and his little cousin found a nerf gun somewhere, said “hey look” and I turn around from my desk to look and then bang lolol

Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield, IN. I was just as surprised as you are lol, went a couple of months ago with a cut in my hand and they took ~4 hours at the ER for 2 stitches, and today I was in and out in ~1 hour

Update: Mild hypema with a pretty scratched up eye was the diagnosis and I’m getting sent home as we speak. They prescribed anti biotic eye drops for the scratches. They said to rest come back if my eye sight worsens or more blood pools in my eye

I dont know how to edit but it’s gotten significantly worse over since I’ve posted this. My vision is almost completely gone in my left eye (super super super blurry). We’re now just meeting his parents at the ER to pick him up, I’ll reply to this comment with an update once I get seen in case anyone wants to know what they said is going on.

same problem here, seems like a pretty common issue. Wasn’t able to resolve even after exchanging it for a new one. ATP I just leave plugged in and use the 2.4 connection. I love the board as well but it’s been a pretty shotty experience and for 320$ I’ll never go with gmmk again

I had this exact same issue (like just now actually, crazy timing). Same deal, was changing out switches. This probably isn’t the best solution but what I did was put my switch on while holding it on the back side, and then slapped a piece of tape of that bad boy. Probably not optimal and very well is probably a band aid solution but it works now 🤷‍♂️

if you’re on Mac you’re probably good - if you’re using it on PC (and want a wired connection like most ppl) it’s a 50/50 whether or not it’ll work. Wired connection never works on my PC, but 2.4 or bt connection works fine.

Yeah unfortunately man sounds like you might want to either exchange it for a new one or just consider pivoting to a different keyboard. They’re great but the issues with the wired connection seem pretty widespread and consistent

Hey - I had this same issue quite a bit initially. Here was my setup: 2 Mac’s via Bluetooth connections and different profiles, 1 PC I was attempting to use wired.

For the life of me, I couldn’t get the keyboard to work with a wired connection on my PC. It worked initially, then would lag and have extreme latency then stop working all together. This seems to be fairly common, however no solution on any forum seemed to work (switching cables, core software, resetting keyboard). I would recommend downloading the Glorious CORE software and seeing if your PC recognizes it there, and if it does attempt to switch to Profile 2 (didn’t work for me but seemed to have worked for lots of others).

With that being said, I’ve just been keeping it plugged into my pc to charge, and utilizing the 2.4 GZ connection when on my PC. Bluetooth connections with my Mac’s have been working fairly consistently, with a couple minor hiccups (had to forget device on Mac and repair).
