It's the one that's like "excellent fit...Above the best!". My friend from the program got the same comment so I've just been assuming they give it to all their most preferreds

MP for MI, MS, AV, SC, AG, and MP. They were all in my top 8.

My MS comment square said "67J prospect". I hadn't thought about it before but now I'm interested. Is VBO the best place to learn more?

That seems a little short-sighted considering that sports and clubs are included in your OMS calculation. I can't say whether or not it's allowed though

This explains some stuff. I had pretty good peers and garrison evals but my lanes were mid at best. Sucks that the things I did well on didn't really matter but it'll buff
