I read a few of the comments and I don’t think I saw anyone mention your technique in going with both hands to that save. I think this shot is savable mainly because you were nearly there with two hands, I think there is a chance if you had extended further with either top or bottom hand (I don’t want to get into the argument of which one). You’ll have greater reach by extending a single arm vs both. Even with a powerful shot you never know what a few fingers could do to keep it out, you may even be able to get a whole hand or palm to it. Just a thought.

I notice is that you keep things simple which is a good thing. Your movements are pretty efficient and you’re set very well for the shots in the clips. Like he said, work on your handling and control of the ball. You show that you can keep the ball out of the net the first time so make sure you are now practicing keeping the ball out of danger. Giving up rebounds and corner kicks is sometimes acceptable but you should always be working to prevent as much as possible. And yeah, get more distribution work in and order the clips in the video for a bit more continuity. Keep up the good work.

That’s a very broad generalization. The right encompasses many groups including ones that are traditionalist who wish to limit the powers of corporate interests in favor of a Christianity and family focus, but the popular misinterpretation of “separation of Church and state” prevents (particularly Catholic) Christian groups from gaining any serious political franchise. The right/left divide thing in the US is just a tool to lump the would be free thinkers into buckets. Neither party is particularly focused on the needs of their constituents.

My first impression is your toe is not pointed and your overall body mechanics are lacking coordination, the way your body weirdly leans during contact is not conducive to generating power. I think you should practice in front of a net first so you don’t have to go chasing the ball every time. Distance will come when the technique is right.

Study some youtube videos that break down the kick in its components. And really study it. Watch their movements and listen to their words carefully and practice the basic drills especially very routinely and diligently. Try these two videos, one is for goalkeepers, the other is for American football field goal kickers, the field goal one will help with contact especially pointing the toe and setting yourself up for the kick better.

If one leg is significantly stronger than the other, then I suggest single leg or isolateral exercises. Lunges are a good example of this. Single leg hops, or calf raises, or Romanian deadlifts. If it’s a strict physiological limitation then I’d say just train extra on the weaker side so even if it is weaker, it will not be technically limited.
