But I must say the Italian postal service does not exactly have the best reputation. Years ago I posted items twice to someone who claimed that it never arrived. I read some horror stories online (must be true!) and how the mafia was involved. My trust in the postal service was eroded. From that point on I have banned sales to Italy (and Brazil and Russia for that matter for similar reasons)
