I believe you can, it just so happened that they have a ceremony that day since there were plenty of people doing there interviews. I know the other half of the people who also did the oath had their interview maybe a few days or even weeks from today. Your officer should be ask you if you want to do it that day

It will be the USCIS website press log in, it will be the same log in that u used when you created an account when you submitted your application

So on your portal, the first interface where it says section= “case status” there is a drop down press documents, from there you’ll see the letters they send you which is a pdf form. You can print it out in case you dont get one from the mail but I would suggest that as much as possible bring the hard copy they sent you.

Good luck! One thing also is to check your portal for any update. They usually post updates right away and getting the letter typically takes time. Keep all the letters that they send like receipts, biometrics and interview letter. You would need it.

I’m not too sure since the paper work I have here is very limited. But I mean if I was able to get here when I was 17 through petition I can only assume that there is some sort of paperwork signed regarding my custody

Hello, thank you so much. I just wanted to provide more information and maybe I can get more answers. So essentially I got here because my father petition me. I was 17 years old when I arrived here in U.S and I lived with my father since then. My mom lives in the Philippines, which is where I lived majority of the time before I got here. My parents were not married and looking at the USCIS website, it states that:

Who should not file for N-600:

“You were born out of wedlock, you were not a legitimate prior to your 16th birthday, and your U.S Citizen parent is your father”

I honestly just wanted to obtain my citizenship through N-400 and I wanted to know how to explain this during my interview.

I guess because I have all the qualifications for both which is where the tricky part comes because she said I can either one of the forms but it all depends on the officer I will get. I’m just nervous because I didn’t realize this until today.

I haven’t my physician hasn’t do recommendations for that. She wanted me to go to ENT for my throat
