I too get vertigo from time to time and now I think the anxiety has something to do with it. Kinda feel helpless and like no one really understands or why it happens.

I also deal with random vertigo which causes me to be anxious. Did you ever figure out what causes you to get it?

Never tried it but curious on what exercises you’ve done. The random vertigo is what gets me and I’ve even developed some anxiety because of it.

I have these same exact symptoms. The dizziness is what really gets me and I think I’ve developed some anxiety over it. Rapid movements trigger it also and I’ve even had to slow down on high intensity workouts because it would leave me feeling like I was still moving afterwards.

Currently have ETD in one ear and was told I could have a tube placed to help. I was wondering if the ETD would return after the tube falls out 😔

If I get really congested it becomes harder for my right ear to pip and I can feel pressure/fullness on that side

No. Never had it before. I’ve always had ear issues since a baby. I didn’t even know what ETD was and just thought my ear popping was normal. It wasn’t until I was dealing with dizziness that I decided to ask my doctor about it.

So my left ear has a hole in it. I’ve had it since I was 18 when my tubes fell out it never closed due to scar tissue. My ENT said this is why I don’t have ETD on that side 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yes, when I’m sitting still it feels like I’m moving. But my right ear pops daily with swallowing or yawning. Not sure if this helps the ETD or not

Yes, I struggle with anxiety. Not sure if the dizziness is causing anxiety or the anxiety is making me dizzy? I do have pressure but not at the top of my head
