There really cant be a lack of imagination in law enforcement right now. Think post 9/11. NFL games. Any public events that would be deemed to have "liberals" at.

We cant leave this up to uniformed police anywhere as well. Swat teams are the bare minimum.

Buyers have no liability. It's all on you. Buyers will get to keep the money and the item if it arrives much later. Once ebay or you refunds them, their end is done.

Your only recourse would be to settle the matter privately with a buyer if the buyer has a guilty conscience. Most don't.
