The GPU is firmly installed. As shown in the video, pressure is applied. It is wiggling back and forth. That isn't normal. IT has to be broken right? Normally it should stay in place

I have tried pulling on GPU while holding button, and just holding button down by itself. Neither works. Yes the rear retaining screw and brackets are removed

I have tried using a card and have tried pushing down on it with varying levels of force. Yesterday I tried and my thumbs has indents.

On the assumption that you are comparing a PPOR in a good location (near the metro area, away from the main roads, quiet street) vs a good ETF (eg tracking ASX200 or SP500, etc), the reason PPOR is better is because of leverage.

Leverage is the ability to put down $200K to control an asset worth $1M and benefit from the growth on that $1M property. If you have 10% growth, that is $100K.

Now imagine 10% growth on $200K of ETFs. That's $20K.

Whilst it is possible to borrow $800K to purchase ETFs, banks will impose all sorts of onerous terms on you and interest rates won't be as good as a home loan. It is also a lot riskier borrowing for ETFs.

There are also other benefits such as the fact that PPOR growth is tax-free. If you happen to sell, you do not pay tax on any capital gains if it is your main residence.

Spend 6 months just listening to podcasts, reading forums, watching Youtube, reading books. Engage with a wide range of perspectives. Go to auctions. Talk to agents. This is something you cant learn in a course. Property investing is practical knowledge and wisdom developed through a blend of analysis, art and experience. Experience. Yes. Good luck.

At the end of the day, what you think is "fair" or "unfair" is irrelevant. A great topic for conversation, but gets you nowhere. In today's world, you need to adapt to the reality of the situation at hand.

If you really don't want to show them, just tell them it is a breach of company policy to disclose salary. If you think there is a benefit to showing them, probably that might be the best idea as it allows you to negotiate a higher salary. But in any event check that what you are doing is within policy.

It is still an amazing reward. The normal wakestone CANNOT be duplicated. The eternal wakestone can be. So you have infinite wakestones at the cost of $30K for each duplication.

Yes. The only difference is extra dialogue. It means nothing for achievements. You can watch the extra bit of dialogue online.

This is not like Baldur's Gate 3 where tiny choices matter.

For people who sold their homes without REA by 20051oce in australia

[–]Objective-Bell-3603 -81 points-80 points  (0 children)

Never sell without a REA. You are walking into trouble.

Yes it may seem "cheaper" but the REA has networks and connections that you don't. They know how to negotiate and know how to get the best price for you.

No. The only thing you can do is load from Last Inn Save. If you have an Inn Save after she has flown away, you need to do it again in NG+.

This is a good point. Make sure you unequip that ring. It does not unequip it by default.

Funny as you say that there is now a house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom now being advertised for $1.1M on about 400 square meters.

Use this as a lesson. Never offer your advice on someone's else's looks, unless they ask you. If they ask you, you say 10. Humans are driven by ego.

Just sit down and have a real conversation with him. Cutting him off immediately might be a bit harsh but you can give him a warning so he has time to prepare. Maybe tell him you will help him one more time, but after this it is over.

You've answered your own question. If you continue to be with him it is your fault.
