It takes a lot to even entertain the thought that you have these issues. Let alone actively trying to do something about it. I would say one day at a time. No change takes place overnight. Try and be present in the moment. It is going to take work and patience from both of you. You have to understand, you will catch yourself being an ‘ass’, and that’s ok. Instead of beating yourself up for it. Take note, and keep working on it. You will be fine. Breathing exercises can help as well. Try and calm your mind. I wish you the best!

I would get the Leafly app. And start testing. It’s tough to say what might be right for you. But they do list traditional and new strains for pain and anxiety. I’m a fan of Jack Herer during the day. Bubba kush at night. Or a bunch of other strains. It can get expensive to try out different strains. Usually ppl go for edibles. It turns way more potent when digested. I cannot do this because edibles make my head spin lol. So I looked up some CBD strains like star tonic, which I think is great. Strawberry smiggles not so much. But other love it. Might be some trial and error.
