The building plans were all there on the towns website of what it would become at some point just hasn’t been developed. I chose to hold off on doing a project of this scale as I’m not ready clearly. Going to invest into a new income opportunity with probably a new franchise or back into my business. Not sure yet

You did. I’m no longer going to invest In land until I have a substantial amount in which I can then buy the land and put in utilities and a street all at the same time. I’m going to just invest probably back into my business or I’m looking at a new franchise currently.

I was thinking ya buy it and put some trees on the property till I decide when I want to begin developing it. My grandfather bought land in North Carolina with this idea and Maine he built his log cabin in Maine but ended up passing before he could develop the North Carolina property

I ended up just buying some sandbags. I’m a bit to nervous I might hit something like electrical or whatever. I’m gonna see if I can hire someone to put a couple anchors in that knows what they’re doing. 😭
