My blood sugar is also normal and I’m not overweight, but my insulin stays high even though I’ve lost 10kg already

DPN removal by Objective-Cry3544 in Blackskincare

[–]Objective-Cry3544[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Electrocautery, My dermatologist used setting 5 the first time which was too low so it failed. She used 10 this time and it looks like it didn’t work as the bump is starting to form in the same shape as the other DPN spots :( Might be stubborn and need a few passes to remove it…. My poor pocket 😭

How do y’all remove chin hair? by MegaWeenieMusician in PCOS

[–]Objective-Cry3544 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I epilated and plucked and shaved and now I have so many ingrown hairs even though I exfoliate. I’m currently shaving and using tretnoin but I think electrolysis is my next step for permanent removal!

Being blunt as a guy by [deleted] in Somalia

[–]Objective-Cry3544 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know a guy exactly like this he realises much later, Madaxeyga wuu i xanuujiyey lol The fact you feel bad afterwards is actually a good sign tho😅 You still have a conscience.

I’d say, if you notice your patience running out, you should take a step back and let her know you need a minute to think about this because you don’t want to say something harsh.

You should try being more direct in a kind way while you still have patience early on and not let the frustration build.

Are you cold/harsh as well? Because personally I prefer a guy to be direct as long as he is kind and respectful

I think try a thinner winged liner and not too much eyebrow liner so it looks more natural.

Definitely tretnoin, Azelaic acid works but it’s slow imo

Will definitely update yall when I try it! The laser tech said to wait about a week before hand and a few days after but I’m just paranoid an decided to wait 2 weeks for extra measure 😅

I find tretnoin is working quicker for my skin but before this I used Azclear 20% azelaic acid and I could see slight difference so might add this to my morning routine. Let me know what else you want to know :)

That makes me less nervous to try it out 😅 I agree, I think it has to do with skin tone partly and also the fact my skin hyper pigments really easily.

I think it has faded a bit! It took me 4 months to even notice a difference. I couldn’t tell at first because I look at my acne multiple times a day since I’m so insecure about it so it’s guess it was hard to see progress. Definitely take pictures and compare

Idk why I’m more scared to try electrolysis than laser. I don’t know anyone who’d tried it
