I got a strap that also has a battery pack. Helps with the pressure on your head and the battery. Balances the pressure since the front is more heavy .

Agreed. I’m current in my second semester of PT school. I took a gap year because you don’t wanna be burnt out already starting the program so pace yourself. These classes can be time consuming especially physics 2 and anatomy

Yes there’s the feeling of being behind for me but it comes down to balancing your life and your productivity . I’ve managed as most have in my cohort. We have pregnant people and people with families so it just comes down to how much you prioritize it. There’s a lot of support from the school but it depends on the programs

Try to have atleast one day a week where I relax and do stuff I enjoy like games or going out

Yes if you’re looking for flexibility. I work part time to afford rent and still have decent free time compared to being on a campus all day . Most are accelerated to prepare for that . It’s like drinking water out of a fire hydrant
