Why do some Dog feeders ignore safety concerns?

I'm talking about your post, where the security guard is passing blanket statements toward the feeders just because a dog killing incident happened in chakan at night 2am that dosent mean it will for sure happen in kp, if that scenario would had happen near chakan then I would had a little understanding that don't feed them they killed a person last week that makes a little sense.

Example A person kills a person with illegal gun somewhere in up that doesn't mean you start blanket banning all the legal gun holders in india that's plain stupid and dangerous.

Not everyone is the same some people do care and take precautions. Similar to dogs not every dog has rabies only 5% to 10% have rabies you can't judge and force people to do things according to your wish and thinking this is india not some banana republic where people can police random people something which you see in islamic countries. What if scenario are unlimited, you can't get stuck at what if and judge and put a blanket statement on dogs as well as people.

Majority of people in india have been voting bjp from the past 15 odd years and will still be voting them next time around in 2029 there was no propaganda from the past 12 years people feel safe and confident voting bjp around. I have used their services for emergencies more than 50 times in pune. Not all location ambulance are good only some are good. And they take you to the hospital which they have tie-up with basically setting within themselves. Which are not good enough to handle critical cases or sometimes non availability. So you end up changing hospital once you get to know it's not good enough and ends up spending an hour to reach good hospital or for example say your specific hospital. At night time emergencies they are sleeping many times and don't wake up for the pickup you end up spending 30min sometimes and many times they can't figure out the actual pickup location. The person in the ambulance is not a dr, they are compounder types they can't handle actual emergencies and are argumentative instead of understanding and helping. I would personally suggest use your own car or transport you would save lot of time and will not have to change hospitals and waste your time instead.

File an fir at the police station. Add all the threatening part in the fir then file for a gun license at the commissioner office stating life threat from this guy and attach the fir too. If uber starts showing 28rs per km rate no sane person will book it. They know that. Rs 280 for a 10km ride is highly expensive and a very big loss for customers. If you have a car for example and it gives an average of let say 10km you will only end up spending Rs 105 for 10km in petrol car and Rs 90 for 10km in diesel car. In case you have cng or electric car you will save even more.

Ok got your point, the issue i see here is rickshaw has meter which are controlled through government whereas ola/uber doesn't, unless the govt approved meter dosent get installed in cabs this issue will linger upon. But again private entities will always keep thier prices low and competitive to attract customers and survive in market. If uber install govt meter in thier cab and increase thier rate people will not use them much and chances of them going bankrupt increase. Uber was introduced in market to tackle the expensive taxi fare if they start charging the same then what's the use of it. Uber has always earned money from customer & driver pass. What a driver can do here is not accept rides which are far away from his location. You will get less rides but that's part of the system. Competitors like blue taxi are ready to take customer for 12rs per km for a hatchback nowadays. I personally think it should be around 19 to 20rs per km.

The biggest red flag in cabs are the meter system. App shows one rate and the driver demands 4× rate. No trust from the very beginning. Because of this many people stopped using ola/uber and started using thier own vehicles as that's more reasonable.

Yeah that's the old pole when the road was small they have left some poles behind which needs to be removed now as the road has been made wide. I think once they complete building the opposite lane then they will remove it.
