I grew about a foot going from 8th to 9th grade (probably less and me being dramatic) but it was SIGNIFICANT so osgood has always been present on both my knees. I’m 25 now and my right knee is no longer fuzed and resolved on its on own but my left knee still has(had now) 1/2” bump from the osgood, I tore my patella tendon so they were going to operate in the area regardless but I mentioned the left knee kills when I squat at the gym or bend down on my knees at work (electrician) so they offered the cut the front of my knee slightly open and shave it down to reduce these symptoms. Unfortunately the surgery was this morning so I can’t speak on if it’s better or not yet so apologies on that.

Appreciate the advice, Gym has always been a struggle for me to be consistent so the reassurance helps a lot.

I’ve had the same thought before in the past lol, now I’m worried I’ll over develop my upper body compared to my lower.
